Position: Customer Service/Office associate
Type: Full-Time
Location: South Pasadena, CA
Start Date: Mid June

Job Summary:

The office associate is responsible for all tasks involving online orders including fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service. They are also responsible for packing wholesale orders and working with our wholesale manager to meet specific vendor requirements. Other tasks include organizing and maintaining office and raw materials and pulling raw materials for production. We are looking to bring someone with an exceptionally detail oriented and motivated onto our team.

Required Skills:

  • Able to communicate clearly, effectively, and confidently, and maintain a  professional and personable demeanor at all times
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Decision-making and problem resolution skills a must
  • Able to work hard and smart
  • Highly energetic and a self-starter who is able to take direction
  • Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
  • Able to maintain a positive and productive attitude
  • Organized, on task, and exceptional attention to detail
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills

Required Experience:

  • Drives personal vehicle with current registration and valid license
  • 0-5 years of previous business environment experience
  • 0-5 years of previous customer service experience
  • Proficient with Mac and Excel
