Every Mokuyobi bag is cut and sewn right here in LA, and we work really hard to make sure the quality is top shelf. But hey, we're human after all, and sometimes mistakes happen. That's why every bag comes with a Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty. If something goes wrong because of how it was made, we'll fix it.

We got you! Broken zippers. Frayed straps. Loose stitching.

The fine line: What's not covered. Our warranty covers how your bag was made, not normal wear and tear from a life well lived. Sun fading and discoloration: bright colors are naturally less stable than muted ones, so time in the sun will fade them. We love that your bag gets out there, but fading is part of its story. Rough and tumble damage: oops moments, overpacking, laundry day fails, DIY disasters, and snags, holes, cuts, or tears.

Repairs under the Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty are free. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the bag to us, plus a $5 fee that partially covers shipping the bag back. International customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
