When will my order ship?

All orders of in stock items will ship in 1-3 business days from Los Angeles, CA.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Wherever you are, Mokuyobi will come to you! Just enter your country and shipping information at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for any additional customs charges that you may incur based on your country's import and sales tax laws.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Domestic orders within the continental United States will take about 1 week to arrive. International orders & orders outside the continental United States may take 2-4 weeks to arrive but could take longer depending on your country. You will be provided with a tracking number via email once your order has shipped out.

What do all of the different shipping options mean?

We ship all of our orders from Los Angeles, CA using the United States Postal Service (USPS). All shipped orders include a tracking number which you will receive by email with a link to track your parcel once your order has shipped.

Domestic orders can be shipped by First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail. With First Class Mail your order will arrive in approximately 2-10 business days. If you are eager to receive your order in a more timely fashion we recommend using Priority Mail which will arrive in approximately 1-3 business days. For rush delivery please use Express Mail for overnight delivery, 7 days a week to most areas.

We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping for domestic orders over $150. If your order applies, this option will be available for you to select at checkout.

International orders can also be shipped by First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail. With First Class Mail your order will arrive in approximately 2-4 weeks but may arrive faster if you are within North America (Canada and Mexico). Priority Mail International will get your order to you in approximately 6-10 business days. For rush delivery please use Express Mail for 3-5 business day service.

PLEASE NOTE-- USPS International First Class Mail is NOT guaranteed by USPS and we are not responsible for lost packages. Once the package arrives in your country, USPS no longer takes responsibility for delivery and we are unable to resend lost goods as USPS does not offer insurance on these parcels. To ensure delivery please choose the PRIORITY MAIL option.

My tracking shows my package as delivered but it hasn't arrived.

If your tracking number shows your package as delivered unfortunately there's nothing we can do. We use third party shipping services to deliver your items and we do not guarantee their services once the package leave our facilities. We recommend asking your neighbors, roommates, family members, etc. in case they're holding your package for you. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered by your postal carrier before they are actually delivered. In this case, the package is usually delivered within the next day or so.

Can I return or exchange an item?

If you wish to return your item, please email orders@mokuyobi.com with your reason of return and order number to receive return authorization. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and mailed within 30 days of your order arrival date. Returns mailed after 30 days of order arrival are issued a store credit.

Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items as well as mystery tees and mystery patch packs. These items are all FINAL SALE.

In your return package, please include your name, order number, and reason for return.

If the shipping address where you would like your exchanged item sent back to you has changed from your original order, please be sure to include this information in your returned package or in an email to orders@mokuyobi.com All items returned past 30 days or your order arrival date will be issued a store credit. Shipping on returned merchandise is at the shipper's expense. 

For your protection, we recommend shipping via insured/certified mail or UPS/FedEx Ground service, so you have a record of the return. If returned goods are not in the same condition in which they arrived a fee of 15% will be deducted from your return. Mokuyobi.com is not responsible for shipping costs for returns, exchanges and/or edited orders.

What do I do if my bag has broken?

Mokuyobi's products are made in the USA with durable materials and quality construction. All Mokuyobi bags come with a lifetime warranty from manufacturer's defects. If you have any issues with your bag just reach out to us at info@Mokuyobi.com for instructions on how to send your bag to us. We'll fix it or if we can't, we'll replace it. We want to ensure that no matter what you will stay rad!

I can't find a product in your store anymore.

If an item disappears from the store, it means it has sold out and it is most likely not being reproduced. If an item is sold out and remains on the website, it is most likely going to be restocked in the near future. We recommend clicking on the "email when available" button so you can be notified when the product and/or your size comes back in stock.
