When will my order ship?
All orders of in stock items will ship in 1-3 business days from Los Angeles, CA.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Wherever you are, Mokuyobi will come to you! Just enter your country and shipping information at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for any additional customs charges that you may incur based on your country's import and sales tax laws.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic orders within the continental United States will take about 1 week to arrive. International orders & orders outside the continental United States could take 2-4 weeks to arrive. You will be provided with a tracking number via email once your order has shipped out if you have chosen a trackable method.
What do all of the different shipping options mean?
We ship all of our orders from Los Angeles, CA using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Most shipped orders include a tracking number which you will receive by email with a link to track your parcel once your order has shipped.
Domestic orders can be shipped by First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail. With First Class Mail your order will arrive in approximately 2-10 business days. If you are eager to receive your order in a more timely fashion we recommend using Priority Mail which will arrive in approximately 1-3 business days. For rush delivery please use Express Mail for overnight delivery 7 days a week to most areas.
International orders can also be shipped by First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail. With First Class Mail your order will arrive in approximately 2-4 weeks but may arrive faster if you are within North America (Canada and Mexico) Priority Mail International will get your order to you in approximately 6-10 business days. For rush delivery please use Express Mail for 3-5 business day service. Please note that we are not responsible for any additional customs charges that you may incur based on your country's import and sales tax laws.
For both domestic and international orders we offer a lower priced First Class non-trackable method for small orders but please keep in mind that if you choose this option and your package becomes lost we have no way to retrieve it and while we will work with you as best we can to resolve the issue we are not responsible as we have no control over the services offered by USPS. To avoid this we recommend choosing the Priority Mail option when checking out to ensure your package's delivery.
We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping for domestic orders over $150 for international orders over $200. If your order applies, this option will be available for you to select at checkout.
Can I return or exchange an item?
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RA #. All returns or exchanges must be mailed within 30 days of your order arrival date. Returns mailed after 30 days of order arrival are issued a store credit. Please include all original packaging with your return. Sale items are issued an exchange or store credit. Shipping on returned merchandise is at the shipper's expense. Exchange requests can be made for an item with the same or lesser value and will be fulfilled according to availability.
In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt along with the issued RA #. If you need a new one, just print out the order confirmation that was emailed to you.Send to: Mokuyobi RETURNS

For your protection, we recommend shipping via insured/certified mail or UPS/FedEx Ground service, so you have a record of the return. If returned goods are not in the same condition in which they arrived a fee of 15% will be deducted from your return. Mokuyobi.com is not responsible for shipping costs for returns, exchanges and/or edited orders.
What do I do if my bag broke?
Mokuyobi's products are made in the USA with durable materials and quality construction. All Mokuyobi products come with a lifetime warranty from manufacturer's defects. If you have any issues with your bag just reach out to us at info@Mokuyobi.com for instructions on how to send your bag to us. We'll fix it or if we can't, we'll replace or refund it. We want to ensure that no matter what you will stay rad!
