Tiny Bag Club subscriptions are automatically renewed every rolling 12 months and will be automatically delivered to your on-file address from your original order after each successful renewal. Before each auto-renewal you will receive an email 5 days before notifying you of the upcoming charge.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Existing subscriptions are not eligible for cancellations or refunds. Your one time payment of $192 (plus shipping), charges once every 12 months covers all 6 shipments delivered throughout the rolling year. Each bag is shipped out on the 15th day of every odd month. You can cancel/turn off auto renewal of your next yearly subscription at any time by emailing orders@mokuyobi.com.

How much is shipping? Will I be charged each odd month?

Shipping will vary based on your location and can be seen at the last step before checkout. The shipping charge is only a one time fee that you will complete payment for at the same time as the Tiny Bag Club subscription. This payment covers all shipments for the entire rolling year. No more payment will be collected throughout your yearly subscription.

I missed the earlier bags, how can I get them?

The fun of Tiny Bag Club is that every bag is exclusive and limited. If you miss the stated cutoff date for each shipment, you will automatically be entered for the next shipment. Arranging the procurement of any previous Tiny Bag shipments through Mokuyobi is not possible. The longer you wait to sign up, the more fun Tiny Bags you miss out on, so sign up today!

What Tiny Bags should I expect?

Each Tiny Bag shares only two key features: 1) Like all Mokuyobi products, they are designed by our founder, Julie Seastrom and made in Los Angeles, and 2) they are small in size. Beyond this, each bag is entirely unique, with no past designs, themes, shapes, color palettes, or styles influencing future shipments. The bags vary in form, ranging from purses to totes to pouches and everything in between, ensuring a fresh and distinct experience with every delivery. While some Tiny Bags may be large enough to fit a phone, this not guaranteed for any bag in the collection.

The excitement lies in the element of surprise, as the contents are revealed only upon delivery. Please note that by subscribing, you acknowledge that this is a blind-box experience, designed to embrace unpredictability. We request that any negative feedback regarding bag designs is not shared with us, as subscribers do not participate in the design process. How can I view my subscription?

The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed your initial Tiny Bag Club subscription order. You can also access your subscriptions via your Mokuyobi account, or via the link here.

Can I gift someone Tiny Bag Club?

Totally! Just fill in the gift recipient's name and address in the shipping info and the subscription will automatically be sent to them. Please leave a note in the checkout if you would like us to include a gift note to them from you.

Can I use a gift card to purchase Tiny Bag Club?

We need to have a credit card on file for your Tiny Bag Club subscription as it will automatically renew every 12 months from the date you sign up. For this reason, you are not able to purchase the Tiny Bag Club with a gift card (you will receive an email 5 days beforehand notifying you of the upcoming charge, cancel anytime).

Can I change my address during my subscription?

You bet! Just email orders@mokuyobi.com with your updated address and we will update your subscription with your new address.

What happens if the payment can't be processed?

If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.

Why doesn't my coupon code doesn't work on the Tiny Bag Club?

No discounts can be taken on the Tiny Bag Club subscription. If you check out with multiple items along with your Tiny Bag Club subscription, the discount will apply to all other items in your cart.
